It's the weekend. Time to wind down from another busy work week. Whether you are a stay at home parent, in an office everyday, seeing clients at their offices, it is exhausting. The demands that each of our jobs has on us wear us down.Having to set that alarm clock every morning, get up, get ourselves and maybe family ready and out the door for the day, day after day, five days in a row...
Take Saturday morning to rest and recharge your batteries. Do a fun project that is just for you, something that makes you happy. This is one of the best ways I have found to come back around after a long week. I like to make jewelry or write or read a good book. The point is to find and carve out a time just for you.
Tomorrow is Saturday! Do you really need to set that alarm clock for anything in particular? Don't let your mind override your body. Listen to what this magical and mystical body tells you. Listen to what it needs. Our bodies give us all the signs that we need to take care of it. It is up to us, in our brains to shut out all the noise around us and listen. Try it. You'll see that you will be able to hear and see the signs.
Tomorrow is Saturday! It is a day of rest and family. A day to go out and explore something new. A new place, make a new friend, or find a new peaceful place that is just for you.
